Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you’re not, here’s how our return process works:

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of receiving your package to request a return.

Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for insuring returns that are shipped back, including the shipping costs of the return.

Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item, we’ll issue a refund for the full amount of your purchase, minus the original shipping costs.

Condition Check: Please note that we cannot issue a refund or store credit until the item is physically back in our studio and we’ve inspected it to ensure it’s in its original condition and not damaged.

Lost/Broken Packages: We are not responsible for lost or broken return packages.
